All the chefs and waitress (except one I knew working weekends) were all working here without proper documentation. What's the big deal? The Garda won't bother themselves at all. Just walk into any Chinese here in the West, Galway, Limerick, Castlebar, Claremorris...... you can easily find at least a couple illegal workers but they seem to be enjoying their work here without any troubles. Or, if you like, walk into any pubs at 3 am in any Saturday morning, you will see people still drinking. The Garda are completely USELESS. The laws are here but nobody is enforcing them.
