Lake remains identified as those of Richard “Happy” Kelly

RTÉ News Online is reporting that the skeletal remains found in Lough Bridgid near Bodyke in County Clare are those of missing Southill teenager Richard Happy Kelly.

Richard disappeared in April 2006. Gardai are now treating his death as suspicious.

    gardai are now treating his death as suspicous,how is it NOT SUSPICOUS,we are a country in sh*t,with the WORST POLICE FORCE IN THE WORLD,i can do just about anything on or offline if i choose,but i am a law abiding citizen with a social conciensce,the gards are a waste of time..
