Cystic fibrosis is an awful disease to have.
Physical therapy can only do so much though.

Thanks to donations and medical research the life expectancy of cystic fibrosis patients. Median life expectancy went from approx. 5 years to 37 years (and growing) in 50 years. Patients should aslo know that lung transplantation will also lenghten a patients life considerable with healthy lungs.

My best mate lasted until he was 27. He lived a full life, but it is an awful disease, more publicity wouldn’t go astray.
