last year,my nanas house got broken in to and she was beaten up and robbed in the process.she died a week later aged 92 over this attack.the two were caught and sentence to prison time.since being inside, i have heard that they are taking drugs more frequently and have to do sexual acts on inmates to feed thier habbits..i am sick of hearing people thying to defend people who crib about the son/friend/bother of next of kin been sent to prison and being release as a junkie.went these people commit a crime,do you really think that they are putting other people into consideration?..i dont think so..so wether you dont pay your tv liecence or beat up a penisoner...its your life and it you cant do the time, dont do the time

Lot of Heroin in limerick prison..prison wardens turn a blind eye to it as it keeps the inmates quiet and makes working there a lot easier.
Cant obviously say it was the cause of either of those 2 deaths but it may have had an indirect impact.
A lot of young fellas coming out of Limerick Prison addicts having gone in clean...sad but true.

As a relative of the last person to die in limerick prison (december last), i can only tell the family of the deceased, that you will never get an answer as to what happened. My heart goes out to them, as i know what it feels like not getting to say goodbye properly, or even knowing what happened.
