Here’s an easier one.

Counciller do you think it is OK (LEGAL) for someone to walk into a Shop and remove something from the window without the permission of the Shop Owner and then walk off or cycle off . YES or NO.

So, does he think if somebody took down election posters without permission, on someone elses property that this behaviour is acceptable? It’s illegal.
