Sale and leaseback of South Court Hotel
The South Court in Raheen is the latest hotel in Limerick to change ownership it was confirmed yesterday.
The Lynch group will still operate the hotel, but will now lease it from property developer Robert Butler and solicitor Paul O’Brien.
The price paid for the hotel is reported to be €15m.
