Mark Moloney murder: 2 arrested
Two men have been taken in for questioning in relation to the murder earlier this year of Mark Moloney (40) near his home in Garryowen.
The two men, one in their 20s and one in their 40s, and both from Ballinacurra Weston, are suspected of witholding information in relation to the killing.
Both are being held under section 30 of the Offences against the State Act and can be detained for up to 72 hours.
One man, Stephen O’Sullivan from O’Malley Park has been charged with the murder and is awaiting trial.
