Severe Weather Warning for western counties
Applicable areas: Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Mayo, Galway, Clare & Kerry.

The following warning has been issued by Met Éireann at 11:00 22 October 2008

Extremely windy and wet weather developing overnight and tomorrow, with strong to gale force southwest winds giving gusts to 60 knots (110 km/h).

Heavy rain also with total amounts of 25 to 40 mm possible.

until 18:00 hours Thursday, 23-Oct-2008
