We knew and loved Niall for a long time . It is difficult to live without him and Lynda .But we must . Niall and Lynda , you will be forever in our hearts , forever with us at rugby matches , always in our thoughts. Thank you for such fun , such friendship ,and for all the wonderful memories . May you both rest in peace .

Deeply saddened to hear of Nialls passing, he was an absolute legend. A kind hearted honest rugby man.

I knew Niall and his family for a long time. He was my best friend, my ” brother”. He was at home last me with, Rugby League Team played close to Perpignan. In 2007 he was at home too, in summer. He is a great man, a gentleman and as I knew he was ill, I hoped that his fighting spirit would make him recover. He was sure to recover and he wanted to come home near Perpignan, by the sea, after the operation.
He is now with Linda again, and from France I present all my sympathy to Bevan, Keely and Sarah Jane.
Niall you will stay in my heart forever.

I always enjoyed his rugby articles. He never held back and always said it like it was. Even when he was one sided in his views he still made a good point.

an absolute gentleman, sincere sympathies to his children , knew niall well, himself and linda are together again. RIP
