Man arrested in Limerick after Nenagh murder

One of three men arrested as part of the investigation into the murder of a Lithuanian national in Nenagh, County Tipperary was arrested in Limerick.

The 28 year old is currently being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, and can be held for up to 24 hours.

Two other men, a 31 year old, and a 26 year old, who were arrested in the Nenagh area, were released earlier this evening and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

    I had to turn off the local news station this evening too many horrible things being reported at this time of year I'm sure drink will be a major factor in many if not all of these tragic events my sympathies to all familys affected by the recent deaths
