71 jobs to go at Shannon contact centre
71 jobs are to be lost in Shannon on June 12th when Agilisys close their contact centre at Smithstown.
The company provides contact centre services for public and private sector organisations in the United Kingdom. The work being done in Shannon will be transferred to the company’s centres in the UK.
The current economic climate, as well as the exchange rate between the Euro and the Brittish Pound are being cited as the reasons for the move.
