Late changes to Riverfest

There have been some late changes to the Riverfest programme, which readers might be interested in.

The 14 square metre screen promised for the Leinster versus Munster match is being replaced with an 18 metre screen. The screen will now be located on Merchant’s Quay and not George’s Quay.

There will be live music before and after the game on Merchant’s Quay as well as Georges Quay.

At Limerick Skate Park on Sunday afternoon, Tubes and Limerick Skate Club will host a Skate Demo aswell as an All Ireland Break-Dancing competition and graffiti demonstration.

The fireworks display will take place at 2200 hrs on Sunday. People should assemble around Thomond Bridge, Clancy Strand, Sarsfield Bridge and Arthur’s Quay park for the best views.
