Political briefs

Ok then, there is some catching up to do so here goes. This will be the first of a number of catch-up articles.

Firstly, a table quiz which was being organised to raise funds for Joe Higgins’ European Election campaign has been postponed until May 14th. Further details on this are pending, so as soon as we know, you’ll know.

The Green Party candidate in the Castleconnel Area, Trish Brennan is calling for the County Council to get moving with the provision of “grow your own” allotments. She believes that Limerick City and County Councils are falling behind the likes of Dublin, Galway, Cork, and Kilkenny when it comes to the provision of these allotments. According to Ms Brennan, growing your own vegetables both brings communities together and helps save money.

Has Trish been getting her inspiration for policies from RTEs latest attempt at "Reality" TV?
She could at least have picked someone better than that muppet Richard Corrigan go get her inspiration from.
The Greens lost any credibility when they whored themselves out to Fiana Fail. They didn't even manage to negotiate a deal as well as the failed party that were the PDs.
I imagine that even Sinn Fein will out poll them in the European and Local elections, and they support criminals and murderers Irish Patriots.
  • That table quiz will be on in the Horse and Hound, but there should be full press release soon.

If anyone would like to support Joe's campaign check out Joe Higgins.eu

To donate come to the quiz or just go to the site and click donate (by pay pal or credit card).
