My mind is made up.

Mr O'Sullivan's defence of using foreign labour to depress the wages of all workers plays right into the hands of brass neck racists like Jim Long.

O'Sullivan can fupp off not because he "defends" foreign workers, but because his "defence" of them promises to strengthen the anti-immigrant constituency.

Jim Long stands for himself. I understand the bitter feelilng people have towards migrant workers but its not them they should blame but Fianna Fail and the way they have mismangaed the “Celtic Tiger”. Mr. Long should remember that not too long ago the Irish were the ones working abroad and bloody glad of it!

Fine gael are trying to go with the whole blueshirt pr thing and having george lee on as their new economic heavyweight is fine but does he really have any say in the party or is he just another pr muppet???that is the real question..I FEEL AS A COUNTRY WE HAVE BEEN LET DOWN BY BOTH FINE FAIL AND FINE GAEL,THEY ARE IN CAHOOTS WITH EACH OTHER WE ALL KNOW THIS!!!!

Long is a disgrace, nearly every release he issues to the press puts the blame on everything from the collapse of the boom to housing waiting lists on d'foreigners.

As far as I'm concerned, so long as that muppet remains in their party, FG can fupp right off.

And that Pat O'Sullivan character is no better. "You lose your job, while a Polish person is hired? Tough sh!t. It's the EU. Suck it up. Yada yada yada."

Not sure if any of you actually know Jim Long or have spoken with him – I know the man – not that well – but I have seen at first hand the work he does for the area he comes from and he represents his area incredibly well and is only saying what an awful lot of people are thinking….
